Thoughts on velvet bridesmaid dresses?
JPMorgan Chase Hello Guys,
I do have 8+ years of experience in to backend.. I am not a core developer but do piece of coding not much into it. I use to work on product based tasks not a language or technology bases so not much exposure to coding.
Now I wish to upgrade my skills I am bit confused which one to choose.
In my mind I have 2 options
1. Cloud computing
2. Cyber Security
Which One to choose which one is having a good scope.

How I feel on this app
Why is this

But Why?! 🤯

I had an AA card and flew AA for a bit, but the service and delays due to “mechanical issues” were aggravating. I’ve switched to United and the service seems good. I also find it *SUPER* easy to upgrade seats. I really like my United card & shut the AA card down. Here’s a United card link in case you’re curious/interested. https://www.referyourchasecard.com/215g/012I5TQZZJ Do you have a favorite card / airline? I’m trying to become as travel savvy as I can in a short amount of time. Leaning in to the consulting life!

Cut alcohol out of my diet, read 30+ minutes before bed, set temp to 67, stopped eating like 2 hours before bed. Seeing great results after about 3 weeks or so
Sometimes. Sometimes I get super into the book and keep going for an hour or so
No screens or books on the bed was mine for the longest time. It worked well.
I do everything else before bed: including sit ups lol! But the moment I get on the bed, my mind is conditioned to sleep…. Well, except for the time where we get it on.
yeah what I did was put my phone in another room, bought a digital alarm clock to wake me up and honestly I get up now on time without going on social media in the morning or at night and sleep better because I dont have all this information floating around my head.
I follow the rule that bed is only for the 2 S’s so I refuse to have a TV in my room (which I’ve been made fun of for) and plug my phone in on my dresser that’s on a far wall. Whenever I have times where I’m using my phone in bed or watching something on my laptop out of laziness, unless I’m sick sick, I definitely notice my sleep quality is way worse. The other big thing that I know impacts me is if I have sugar within 1-2 hours of going to bed, which I slip up on sometimes unfortunately

I’ve drunk chamomile tea and put white noise (YouTube) on which seems to help me drift off
Did that years ago - no TV or devices in bedroom and no caffeine a few hours before bed. Works well.
Deleting TikTok made such a difference for me. I tried to reincorporate it twice and each time my sleep becomes disturbed
For people who can’t quit cold turkey, you can access TikTok and Instagram through their respective websites on a regular laptop. For some reason, it’s less addicting on a regular computer than on your phone. Same thing goes for Fishbowl 😉
I start playing pink noise 30 minutes before I intend to fall asleep. That alone has helped knock me out more deeply. I’m trying to transition my screen habit from phone in bed to book in bed too so I’m still being entertained but in a more productive way.

Turning email notifications off made my life much easier. Unfortunately I have family circumstances that require me to keep my phone close, so minimizing the amount of notifications has worked out well.
I also take a shower around the same time every work night. I won’t eat anything or drink anything but water after the shower. Around an hour after the shower I go to bed. My body has picked up on the sequence and my time “trying” to fall asleep is under 5 minutes (I know because my spouse comments on how quickly I fall asleep).
Andrew Huberman has a ton of incredible sleep content on his podcast, HIGHLY RECOMMEND https://open.spotify.com/episode/4KNsmuCgX6lz8GE2J3393Y?si=lmG9SR1BTSmwWdoCAfRefg

No food after 7 makes a big difference. Cooler room helps also. I would recommend a supplement called ZMA too. Zinc, magnesium, and B6. Doesn't help you fall asleep but you'll stay in REM much longer. I remember most of my dreams now. Never did before. Pretty cheap as supplements go.
Great advice, I’ll have to give it a try. I charge my phone on my bedside table and check it frequently at night for the time or an urgent “plz fix”. I also work across a few time zones so spend the early morning in bed getting through the overnight noise.
All this being said, I’m having a bit of trouble finding WLB and getting a good nights sleep.
I charge my phone in the same spot, and put my phone in DND mode when I go to bed.
