Hi Fishes, Can anyone tell me about the interview proceedure of infosys ? I have given interview a week back , it was 43 minute interview and after the interview i was asked for documents like most recent compensation letter and other details. But after sharing those documents it has been 7 days. There is no further communication from the infosys HR. I sent a follow up main 2 days ago but there is no response from them. Any idea whats happening here ? Infosys

Honestly, I'm just grateful to still be employed, with all the layoffs and hiring freezes going on. I'd say hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
We’re getting an “inflation bonus” this month…3% of our base salary
I did here about certain adjustments being made. I'm not quite sure if it's for a recession or a salary bump for inflation adjustments. I'm not going to get my hopes just yet.
You guys care a ton about the company. We all have lives too and are 7-8% inflation is eating at all of us no matter if you wanna believe it or not. Care more about you and your family then the companies. If you guys die tomorrow your position is being filled by next week and the company will forget about you after a month. Come on guys

We got a market raise a couple months ago. Or, at least, the hourlies did. Can’t speak for anyone else. Haven’t heard talks about anything more though.
Haven't heard of the additional bump for inflation. The company is a bit in a tight situation too, so I understand if they will not go over additional adjustments. I'm just happy I was able to hold on the job despite the inflation going on.
I haven't heard something like this. And I don't think our company is in the right situation to increase our pay. Some are even at the risk of losing their jobs.
