Has anyone interviewed for uber strategy manager role? Any insights?

I see quite a few positions hiring APM pretty far from now, for example for Sep 2023. Is that a normal practice? (Not an APM program or anything, just APM or PM position).
I would like to apply to one of those but I feel like it’s a bit strange to get an offer that is a year from now…

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Have 10+ yoe in industry within supply chain/ logistics space. Want to get a broad supply chain experience by venturing into consulting. Here is where I am at:
