Are there any employers in Vermont or Maine that will pay relocation costs for new employees? I’m in healthcare credentialing & compliance and my little family and I are looking to make the move.

Has anyone had an Amazon recruiter ghost them after you ask for a job description? The recruiter keeps insisting on a resume to be emailed, and when I asked for the job description I got ghosted. I thought standard practice with recruiting is to first send the job post then ask if it’s something you’re open to discussing. This was for Amazon Finance. Have practices changed in this covid market or is this just arrogance?

Anyone here ever successfully asked for a raise or promo in their current firm? How did you navigate the balance of asking firmly but also politely without making the situation awkward?

What are the best interview prep services? Not specifically for consulting. A friend coming out of an MBA is struggling to land any job but getting lots of interviews.

Currently a M7 PhD student. Former Big 4 consultant and veteran. Want to go back into consulting (preferably strategy). I have an Ivy Master’s. Would a MBA be silly if this is my goal?

How do you decompress after work? I find it so difficult to stop thinking about all the things I have to do and just chill out.
