My background is in CIS and data analytics had 3 internships , prior to my first full time job where I leveraged the typical Tools. SQL , Tableau, excel , python etc. have my Masters in CIS with concentration is BI. First full time job was consulting at Accenture for Workday Data conversion. Now at another Big 4 doing workday Reporting and Prism. 4 YEO all consulting at good name firms. Considering exiting back into a more Data and Analytic role. Not much traction with applications any tips ?

Pivoting from military and would like to move into big tech as a TPM, PM, PO role. Tech Management B.A.S and PSM. I would love to network with a hiring manager to discuss opportunities.

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade

Any chance for negotiations? Any tips or guidance are appreciated. please help

started a new PM role 4 weeks ago only to realise that the entire PM function is done by various other people inside the department. I have tried bringing up the discussion with my line manager without making it into a complaint (since i’m so new, and i want to be flexible) but i’m getting the impression that even my manager doesn’t know what a PM is or does. (He asked me if the roadmap should sit with the scrum master amongst other comments)

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

I applied for and was screened by HR for a Director position. It wasn't a good fit but I was passed over to another VP. I had a phone interview with that VP which went very well. He expressed interest in creating a Director level role for me based on my experience and interests. I received feedback via a 3rd-party recruiter that the company is in the process of creating a req. and will bring me on-site for another interview. Problem: They changed the level to Principal Eng. What should I do?

After 7 rounds of interviews My recruiter said, “We will get back to you with an update as soon as we finished interviews with other candidates and debriefed.” Is that a bad sign?

What does it mean when you apply to a bunch of jobs for which I am a good fit and you hear nothing back for these jobs? For some applications, I'm approaching two weeks since submission. I did get a call back to the first position I applied to; however, after the lab manager saw how much experience I had he said to release me, far too overqualified, tell him he should be applying to Senior Research Associate positions. I have ten years lab experience.
