Has anyone left Morgan Stanley after parental leave? Can you quit right after leave is over for another job or do you have to put in your two weeks first? Also can you use your vacation after you put your two weeks in?

Received an offer from a top FAANG for a 250% increase in TC. However, I was initially interviewing for a position that was remote and yet the final offer does not provide that option, non-negotiable. I have a wife and 2-year-old child and another one due in 7 months, and currently live near both sets of grandparents.

Is working at a top FAANG really worth that kind of cost? I'm leaning heavily 'no' but it's not making it easy to sleep at night knowing I'm sitting on this kind of offer!

I am not getting anything I need from my partner on any level and would absolutely leave if I thought she had any ability to co-parent our son. Despite what she may believe about herself, I am certain she would weaponize all aspects of parenting if I were to leave.
