Currently in Intv process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. I am new to Canada and have about 6 years experience in each field. What would be salary ranges offered? Other services companies in market are offering in 105 -120 range.
Also what can i expect in project interview and manager interview? Will it be highly technical? I cracked round #1 technical interview, it was easier than expected EPAM Systems

Ehhh....be careful trying to pull the crap. It's one thing if you are performing clearly at a manager level and your team is supportive but HR is being a pain. It's a whole separate scenario if you go out to get an offer and try to force the firm's hand saying promote me or I leave.
Yeah, that’s fair. I have been managing engagements for about 6mos with great feedback, so I think it’ll come eventually. I only interviewed with the other firm as a courtesy to a friend who introduced me. Frankly, I didn’t expect anything out of it but am now fighting the urge to accept as I’d really like to stay where I am but an early promotion sounds nice.

You know, I talked to an Talent person about making manager. They told me the way to go about it, is to talk to your engagement leads about career goals to make sure they gear your snapshots specifically say "is performing at manager level. Then have a conversation with the partner in charge of promotions. Not sure what level senior you are, but it's important to make clear to people what you want.
