Hello Fishes,
@Mindtree,
After CTC discussion with HR,she said she sent for approval.
Still no update from her end.
How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.
It would be pretty easy in the US. There are lots of healthcare related firms that implement those systems or newer cloud systems that replace them. If you have end user experience it is valuable to them because you can more easily relate to the client’s needs and configure accordingly. So transitioning to a tech consulting role within a consulting firm would be the most seamless move, then after you’ve proven yourself, it’s not difficult to transition to a non tech consulting role (healthcare consulting, change management etc). For that you just need to have good relationships with the partners and they can make things happen for you if you’re good.
Thanks for the reply Acoustic, appreciate your insight. I'm hoping the tech consulting market in Toronto expands a bit further in the next few years, as there doesn't appear to be much demand for Epic/Cerner/Meditech implementation experience or certifications. Definitely something to keep my eyes on going forward
