Can anyone tell me whether support role or dev role is better in salesforce company?

My husband is wanting to transition from the construction industry to tech. He’s an extremely successful PM but the work life balance in construction is almost nonexistent. Are there any certifications he should get that would help him make the move / any advice on what role he could step in to using his experience as a PM? He is worried he will take a pay cut since his experience so far in his career is construction centric. Appreciate any feedback!

I’m in my fourth year of teaching special Ed (high school resource room) and really feeling the burn out. A gen ed job just opened up at the middle school level, same district. I really think a grade level change is what I need, but can I do that to my students and parents? Has anyone switched jobs mid year and how did it go?

I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I don't feel like switching as my team here is good and secondly I don't wanna be a job hopper switching in just 6 months. Any advice?
