RSM has an Ownership presentation that's available to all managers and above. actually gives transparency about partner admittance process and compensation. other firms should follow suit if they don't (I was an SM at big 4 and could never find any info)

Does anyone have insight here? It sends a clear message. Just thinking experienced sellers are going to leave or pivot because they follow the money and they are going to get less experienced sellers.

What do you do when in your organization they don’t (“can’t”) want to give you the same compensation offer as a external candidate? I truly wouldn’t want to leave my company but at this point not sure if it’s just better off.

Do all JE have to be recorded within this date? How does one close it?

I’ve been thinking of making a switch from audit to TAS. I’m currently a S1 (2 busy seasons experience), and rated as a top performer at my firm. I’m contacted by Kroll, but recruiters there told me that since I haven’t got any TAS experience, I should be applying for their Analyst role instead of Senior Associate. Honestly, I want to switch to TAS but not that desperate to leave my firm. Anyway, I just wonder if you guys have the same situation and usually how long it takes to get promoted?
