Protein shakes. I just keep drinking them from morning to evening. Then chew gum when I’m trying to stress eat. This way I’m eating from morning to night. 🙇🏻♀️
I also do IF. I brush my teeth after dinner and do my extensive skincare routine. Just to keep it intact I don’t eat.
have you seen a therapist about this?
i used an app called recovery record to help notice what i felt each time i ate and when i skipped meals, and it was a good place to start when i had conversations with my therapist
