Has anyone managed to really overcome stress/emotional eating? I also have a track record with binge eating disorder and bulimia 😕

Protein shakes. I just keep drinking them from morning to evening. Then chew gum when I’m trying to stress eat. This way I’m eating from morning to night. 🙇🏻‍♀️

I also do IF. I brush my teeth after dinner and do my extensive skincare routine. Just to keep it intact I don’t eat.

have you seen a therapist about this?

i used an app called recovery record to help notice what i felt each time i ate and when i skipped meals, and it was a good place to start when i had conversations with my therapist

I was in a very bad shape last year (major anxiety episodes, OCD flares, panic attacks) and now I'm MUCH better. I feel like one thing that helped through it was for the first time in my life opening myself to experience my spiritual side (not talking religion here).

I feel like now that i feel better overall, I'm disregarding that part of me but wishing i still had that drive to feed my spiritual self. Any ideas on how to bring it back to my life in a way that doesn't really feel forced?

My head feels clouded and heavy. Nothing has really happened I'm just tired from work (at least that's what I think). You know, like so tired that it's even harder to sleep? I had a missed miscarriage in January and opted for the D&C after the medication didn’t work. I found out I was pregnant again earlier this month but yesterday began the nightmare again, loss of symptoms, dull aching pain… I’m seeing my fertility specialist for what would have been an early ultrasound later this week. I’m afraid my body won’t naturally expel again and I’ll be left waiting in pain again to confirm the loss. Anyone navigate more than one missed miscarriage?

Hi Everyone, I have been working as a GIS specialist for about a year now. I did not realize how much clicking and mouse movement I would have to do before taking on this new career. I have tried to set up my station as ergonomically friendly as possible, but still feel quite a bit of wrist and elbow pain during the busy weeks. I’ve used an Apple Watch since 2015 and love it, but also just picked up an Oura ring for better sleep tracking. Workout tracking and general health metrics on the Apple Watch have been great.

Anyone else using the Welltory app? I enjoy using it but the data indicates I am usually in the red zone, which is definitely not healthy. Based on the limited knowledge I have, I suspect I’ve got chronic stress. Aside from Welltory, lmk if you have any tips to turn off the fight or flight zone.
