Anyone have actual intel on how comp (particularly bonus structure) works for mid level hires (vice president, director) into Corporate Functions (for example, legal, executive office, etc.) at BBs?
Public sites like Glassdoor are essentially useless for these roles and WSO seems to focus only on comp for client facing roles like IB, T&S, etc
The grass is always greener on the other side. After a years being client side I’m now missing agency life. But I can say both sides suck and I can’t wait to retire (please God let me be able to retire someday!)
Agree with the above! Moved client side from GroupM :) and everyday I look back wondering if the move was worth losing the PTO I used to have
