At your level I don’t think it’d be unreasonable to make the jump to HR, did you specialize in anything in T&O, like commas or training ?
Learning and Development might be a good place to look. It falls under HR so I’d guess that it provides a great opportunity to volunteer for special projects in HR and gain experience in the different HR competencies. A lot of companies also have communications / PR departments, but I’m really not sure where they would fall in the corporate structure
