This is my first time dealing with a troublesome staff and I don’t know how to deal with it. I’ve never had to be confrontational or give overwhelmingly bad feedback but this person is signing on late, away for random chunks of the day, asks to get on a call and then when I call like 2-3 minutes later they don’t answer, took absolutely no notes for 2 weeks and didn’t think to start until I told them to, requires a lot of handholding through work, and then the result is still poor. /rant
