Just got a follow-up from an interview, after I gave notice I got another offer. The hiring manager said he was still looking for candidates because no one has stood out to him and that if I had given a follow up a little after the interview I might have been extended an offer. I am a telecom project engineer in Sydney. My performance is really good and management is happy about it. I am getting salary 68k+super per year. Is it a good salary? I have 2 years experience in telecom in this company. And this is my 1st Job after graduation so I really don't know how much is the market salary for similar position.

What to chose if company 1 is giving 9.5 lpa and timing 3- 11:30pm whereas another company 2 is giving 12 lpa + night allowance, timing 5 to 3 am which one do i chose . Company one is a big brand, stable, and well known in the market like big 4 level and location bglr , hyd , Mumbai option
