Has anyone recently applied for open positions at principal global services? What's your review about this organisation? My personal experience is that HR doesn't care to come back with the feedback and ignore the emails.

I am a deputy manager with 8 years of experience in retail banking operations CTC is 5.64L, now HSBC global services is offering 70% hike, however, the grade will be assistant manager. Should I accept the offer? Would degrading the designation from deputy manager to assistant manager be a mistake? Please suggest.
