When you leave your company, what’s the best way to save years and years of files and documents that you worked on in case you want to reference them in the future?

My budget is around 1k. I'm thinking of Tag Aquaracer.. do you think it's a good investment? what other brands would you recommend? Oris? Longines? or wait and save up more money for Omega, Bretling?

I’m working as an associate at a mid-size firm of about 140 attorneys, but was just offered a position with an AM 100 as a staff attorney with the possible bump to associate within a year. Is this a good move? Billable hours and salary are the same the first year. Any advice is appreciated!

Has anyone else’s husband just never really given them complements? My husband refuses to because he says it would make it meaningless when he says them (so he doesn’t say I look nice in case on the ~5 times he says it a year it would be ‘watered down’). I really struggle with it sometimes, and it’s also hard because he expects little affirmations from me (which I happily do anyway because I want him to feel loved)

Would appreciate any input. My friend is transitioning to another job. She’s put 4-week notice in accordance with her contract. However, seems like her employer is giving her hell for such “short notice”🤷‍♀️ There are concerns for her due to small industry in this area. Potential retaliation?
