I wanted to try companies which pays 30L base minimum. How much does Amazon offers for SDE2 and SDE3 role?
Is there any other companies I can try considering my expectations?

You won’t get any tax penalties if you roll them all over into another 401k or an IRA. Which didn’t answer your question about Ellevest because I know nothing about that
I love Ellevest! I haven’t rolled my 401k over to it. Started a side investment.
I’d personally take a look at how your current 401k is performing and if you are happy roll the old ones into that if you can.
Otherwise go to ellevest. They are really fantastic... and let’s be honest Sally Krawchek is a total bad ass
Whatever you do I suggest you roll over incrementally with the market so unstable. Sucks if your money moves the day the market drops 700 points. You can do small rollover amounts to avoid taking a massive hit. They'll try to get you to do it all at once but you don't have to.
Yes! Same question. I have all these 401k in diff places from many many jobs
Do you use Ellevest for other investments? If so would you recommend?
Rolled over old 401K to Ellevest and was very pleased with the experience
I have. They will evaluate if their fees are lower than your current brokerage and it can be a straight rollover to avoid taxes
Seriously tho. Completely unbiased assessment of your current set up versus theirs
