Has anyone seen a nutritionist for help getting more control and accountability over what they’re eating? I’m fairly active so I don’t want to see a trainer, but I want to see someone who can give me professional advice on how to eat less/healthier

Higher volume foods, prioritize protein and fiber, drink more water, and remove temptations in the house (sugar, "junk foods"). Utilize a food tracker (Myfitnesspal) for a week-month where you track everything you consume so you are more aware of what you are consuming and can track how those foods make you feel/ fill your appetite

Have you started using a calorie counter yet?

There are plenty of nutrition coaches you could work with depending on your preference and style (e.g. do you want something personalized, flexible or do you want someone to keep you accountable for following a plan?). Also depends on your budget. I could give examples that I’ve seen in both categories if that would be helpful.

Can’t help wonder how the world is going as if everything is normal while I feel like unravelling every other week. People behave as if covid is 2 days game while I feel sick even after a week.
