Has anyone seen that article on how people can use Twitter with giving Elon their data? I just want to tell everyone that if you have used Twitter, Elon, and a dozen or more others have your data, you can't hide that after the fact.

Hi fishes good evening. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

Had a salary hike in April this year and now looking for promotion and my manager is ready to promote right away but without salary hike as i already had 2 salary hikes this year but will get that hike for promotion in salary in next April.
Other option manager is saying is to take promotion in April next year along with salary hike. Which one should i chose.

I have joined KPMG in June 2021 & it's been more than a year. The performance cycle here is Oct-Sept. I haven't spoken to my manager regarding hike during performance review assuming it will be given automatically post one year completion. Now I feel I should've discussed this before. Is there a possibility I can speak to my manager & get the deserved hike? Or will I have to wait till next performance cycle?(if it's not given in nov salary)

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.
