I’m a senior litigation associate (same firm since I was a SA). I really like my colleagues, am doing the type of work I want to be doing, and will be up for promotion this year. Recently feeling a bit claustrophobic with RTO around the corner and the knowledge that the life of a junior partner is worse than a senior associate. I also have two young kids and am the primary breadwinner. Would you 1) stay for promotion; 2) look in house; 3) consider lateraling to fully remote at another firm? HALP

I joined amazon a year ago , I got termination from my previous company due to covid crisis, while at that time I received only 2.8LPA as a B.Tech fresher .
