Check out the bowl Exit Opportunities, someone is exiting to LVMH’s digital team. They shared details about the process and offer. Recent post. I’m trying to exit to Sephora. No progress so far and I was told they pay not great compared to SF market rates.
I had an Asc Dir offer from another retailer (did not accept, long story). I’ve also had discussions re: Dir-level roles at other companies. From my discussions, it seems to depend on overall years of experience and specialized knowledge in the field (e.g. for the offer I got, my consulting, MBA, and pre-MBA experience was all directly relevant to the role). At SC-level now.
Yah I saw. Going from Sr Consultant to Director is quite a jump. I wonder if there are more people who went and whether they have similar stories.
