Pretty smoothly, but my baby is in a school during the day about 5 minutes from my house. I still work from home with no expectation to be in the office until after the summer. I work early in the morning from 6-7:30; take her to school and hop back on from 8:30-4:30. My work knows that I’ll get my hours in, but that my designated working hours may look a little different. They seem ok with that right now.

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. I would take a pay cut to work for a system that's actually trying to do something disruptive in the Industry as opposed to just using buzz words in ppt.

I have an issue: just been informed by compliance I have a violation. Using a brokerage restricted and at this point I am at a loss. I sold off all my stock just to comply. Then put the only stock I kept with the broker, the other one is my wife’s employer 401k savings broker. The instructions say they will reach me within 90 days for next steps. It also says there may be financial penalties.

What should I do? I replied the email immediately asking for help. I am a new to Deloitte and the US

I have been with my current company for about 3 years now and currently at 75k plus employer paid benefits and decent pension plan. Due for review next month and expecting to be offered a 5k raise. However with 6 years of relevant experience I would like to be close to 85k. We hireda new team member for the same role as me as the business is growing. They came in at 75k which bothered me a little because I pretty much began this department and put in a lot of processes. More in comments.

What should I do? I have an offer with 185 base,8% 401k and 10k sign on. MS reached out for tech role but I need to have full scope. I have ci poly now and I get nervous when I go on it. MS rep did say if I fail they will try to place me elsewhere but that may just be hr talk.

Should I try to sign the 185 offer and try to see if I even get offer with MS and let the poly play out or should I just not worry about it and sign the current offer? I am pretty sure the compensation from MS is great.

I’m divorced & have 2 boys, 6 & 4 yo. Last week I took the 6 yo for a pedicure and he chose blue nail polish, well aware that he didn’t have to choose any at all. FFW to this week. It’s a “boys weekend” (kids w/dad). Their grandad is also in town, since Wed. Dad has called to ask to have the boys in the evenings (i have W &Th, always). I have said “ok, but only if you don’t say anything negative about the polish.” So… they haven’t seen them. This hurts.
