I don't think that qualifies on any level. Maybe if it's something related to physical therapy and you have a note of medical necessity. But I'm talking like exercise bands or something. Not a treadmill. I don't think you could pass off equipment given the exercise alternatives.
My FSA website has a list of categories. Check yours or maybe there is an official govt site. There are some grey categories. For example massages and vitamins aren't generally covered unless you can validate medical necessity through your doctor.

I actually stand corrected. Looks like even equipment like a treadmill could be covered with a LMN. Letter of Medical necessity.
