Has anyone taken a US CPA exam after the Canadian CFE? Can you share your experience? Was it as hard as the initial CFE?

I just received a promo from jr to mid level strategist after 2 yrs, 3 months. Previous to that, I was in account for 2 years. When I made the jump to strategy, salary stayed the same. Now, with this promo, I'm making about the same as I did as a jr strategist with OT (now as mid lvl I wouldn't get OT). Internal moves are the worst here (they did the same thing to me when I went from AAE to AE). Anyone have advice besides leaving (I'm already looking)? Jr (60k + OT, mid 70k no OT)

Is it rude when I went up to her in person to check in again she literally told me “just go be busy and come back later.” 😡 she also was mad when I took my time for my ID photo (it’s just a picture), because I wanted to look good, but then had to go back and re-do my coworkers because his eyes were closed and he rushed his in comparison? I’m trying to market to landscapers/lawn maintenance businesses.

I wanted to use the Microsoft ad network to run ads. I’m currently using a bunch of different platforms (google/Facebook/etc.)

What drove me to Microsoft was the idea that they could specifically target landscapers. It’s a target category on LinkedIn ads. However, when I tried to make a campaign on the Microsoft network, “landscapers” was not a category. It seems it’s only available on linkedin ads (cont. below)
