@Social Work Hey guys! Attached is a job posting. The job (Social
Worker at Sheppard Pratt school) pays 34-41/hr which is 70-85k a year depending on experience. It’s a full time job. So benefits included (insurance, 401k, paid time off, sick days) And also bc it’s a social work position at a school, you get at least 4 supervision hours a month. This recruiter sent it to me. 13 hrs today but I'm going to work out.. 🙄
Yep, I just finished my masters in management with Harvard extension. Totally worth it - best in class professors.
@Slalom very appreciated. I'll take a look at how much of a community these schools aim to make out of it. Cost isn't a factor since it's company-paid, but professors and network seem to be the key. This'll help my search a bunch 👍🏽👍🏽
I'm in banking/tech strategy btw, there aren't any certifications that would be relevant... so I'm looking at strategy, innovation, design thinking, and leadership courses.
Online MSc, MBA ..... Western Governors University, Arizona State University,.... there's more those are just two affordable ones. I personally am doing my MSc through WGU part time.
Yeah, I already have my MBA... definitely not going for another full degree, just a certificate at most. Good luck though!
