Has anyone taken some time off without another job lined up? 1.5 years in and not sure if I even want to stay in law anymore, would quitting make it that that much harder to come back? Id want some time to really figure out what to do next, so I’d rather not lateral and ramp up at another law firm immediately.

So I just started at a new company about 5 months ago. I’m already looking to leave. My boss should not be in the director of HR role she in, she does not have the experience for it. She was put into that role because the prior director left and she was the senior most person on the team. I’m also not connecting with anyone on my team. I don’t feel fulfilled or happy here. I raised a complaint to the us learner team and they reverted my credit points back to be compliant as of june 30th 2021

Today am shockingly getting an emAil that i am non compliant. In the system, my points have been again moved to next fiscal year
