Has anyone taken the linked in excel / PowerPoint/ Python skill assessments ? How did you find them, and did posting your assessment results really increase recruiter interest in you? Are there any linked in assessments that you found helped boost your online presence to recruiters/HH?

If a job posting says 2 yrs experience, is that a firm cutoff? Can you apply if you have more than 2 yrs experience?

I just got news that I passed the recorded interview portion and wanted to know what to expect for the next interviews so I can start preparing as soon as possible. Is it worth being leveled down to join FAANG? currently an SFA on a path to manager in another 12-18 months at mid tier F500. Worth it to be down leveled to FA level (financial analyst) to have Meta, Amazon Etc on your resume?

I personally want to move towards FP&A bc I think it’s more interesting & transferable. But the benefits + pay is so much better at the PE firm. I think I will be happier working at the PE firm, but I think FP&A is more transferable if I were to leave (feel free to correct me if I’m wrong).
