Has anyone transitioned from (Deloitte or PwC) consulting to MBB or know someone else who has?

Looking to move into more traditional consulting at BCG. I have 4 yrs exp in industry (pharma) 2 years @ Big 4 all in Program Management. Any advice? Any MBB folks who would let me pick their brain?
