I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Hello fishes,
I have recently joined Accenture and have experience in working with DSP/Syniti ADM data migration tool for the past 3.5 years. Now I am thinking if I can continue working on the same tool or if I can move to SAP BODS (not yet assigned to any proj and didn't receive any training on bods yet)
Which ETL tool is better in terms of growth, pay, demand and scope? Pls pour in your suggestions. TIA

At some point I worked as a PM doing Epic implementations and quickly realized that building expertise in one system was a dead end. My advice, focus on transferable technical skills and you’ll do well. The future is in emerging tech, cloud, automation, cyber, computer vision etc, not building smart sets. Good luck!
How long did you stay in the Epic space? I've been doing it for nearly a decade now and finding it to start feeling stale. Definitely starting to worry about being able to switch into other roles/being "locked" into the Epic world.
Aside from general business analysis and general understanding of how healthcare systems work, I'm not sure which areas really consist of concrete transferrable skills (unless I stretched it...I guess I could say building dashboards=data visualization, but it just feels phony without Tableau/PowerBI/etc being involved)
