Has anyone transitioned from Tech to non tech role? Any regrets? I have been doing tech in HR for two decades, thinking of transitioning into a pure HR role and be a CHRO sometime. Any thoughts? Bad move? Good move?

Hey gang, lately I have been thinking if I got underpaid. Graduated from master school right after 2020 pandemic and started by 68K as UXD in digital sales company based in NYC. With 2 YOE the salary went up by 3% and 5% average promotion. Now it comes up to 75K w/ 6K bonus. What do you think of this? My manager honestly told me I was underpaid during 1-1 but since he was newly hired not long ago, he told me he has no solution at the moment. Thinking of starting a new position...
