Has anyone transitioned out of consulting and into a Technical Program Manager role? What is your advice to someone who is looking into this switch?

Can a company legally change my position and OTE? I was hired for a specific segment and now just weeks into the role they said they are moving me down a segment due to business needs. The salary is the same but the commission went down. Wether legal or not this is fucking insane.

Are online executive leadership programs helpful in getting a higher level role or getting noticed for Director and above jobs? Or does it not matter if you have a decent amount of experience? 10+ years?

What are some ways your firm is combating capacity issues outside of attempting to hire more staff? For my firm, it feels unlikely that we will be able to rely solely on hiring to solve our capacity issues for the upcoming year. Question about credit scores and MBA loans. (FYI I know this is not mathematically the best option but want to do it to remove mental burden of student loans). Planning on paying off the balance of my MBA loans, ~100K, at the end of the summer once I can save a little more. I have offers to refinance which would give me a free $1,000 and slightly lower interest rate.
