I’ve struggled with so many heavy infatuations before and a friend recommended this. Hope it helps anyone else out there who’s gone through this or may be going through this right now.

Everyone is different but if you haven’t already, I’d look into a combination of:
A. therapy
B. holistic nutrition (changing your diet to one that’s high in good fats -avocado, unrefined coconut oil, olive oil etc at every meal, incorporating leafy green veggies, removing refined sugars and processed foods),
C. Exercise (yoga or weightlifting 3-4 x a week. I go fri-sun because time is limited during the week)
D. CBD oil.
Google it. No side effects other than positive ones

Ananda professionals sells them and there is a store locator on their site. When I feel the anxiety I take it, otherwise I manage with warm water to calm. No side effects except it sort of calms you.
Daily I rely on ashwagandha for general calming.
Ditch sugary anything, it creates spikes and valleys. You really need a bit more sleep than others because of all the energy expended in an anxious mind. Def don’t drink at all.
Thanks PwC1. I’ve tried B and C and gone from anxiety consistently at 15 out of 10 down to manageable most of the time. Trying to take it down from managing with flare ups to get back to really living. I’ll check out CBD oil too!

I third CBD, esp before flights, my anxiety gets so bad I want to throw up. That oil taken sublingually drugs me down to manageable.
I am in the same stage as OP.. ie therapy, exercise, etc have brought down anxiety significantly.. But still have mild manageable on going anxiety, and some days it shoots up.
Those of you who tried CBD oil - could you talk a bit more about your experience? Do you take it daily even if anxiety is manageable or only during flare ups? Have you had any side effects? And naive question on my end maybe - where do you buy and do you need any prescriptions to buy?
Where did you get your legit CBD oil BCG1? Or anyone?
