Personally, this has been my biggest realization this year - I can't bring myself to use new apps/ tools / paper to-dos- it's too much with the tools I already use everyday for work (Office suite) - So I spent a bit of time learning more about Outlook and the Task function. It is amazing and all at the same place! Would strongly suggest you look into that! You can flag emails and they become a "task", now when it's time to finally take care of that email, it's attached to your task, etc. etc. It just makes it easier for my ADHD brain
Oh wow I didn’t realize that was an option! Thank you for this tip! I’m pretty overwhelmed by what I currently use too. I’ll dig into this!
I have tried both and Monday.com. I prefer Monday.com because of its ease of use across multiple devices. ClickUp is a close second but does not have as many features that Monday.com does. I personally am not a fan of asana because it felt like I had to take an extra step or two to get what I needed. And any extra steps makes me check out 😅
This is awesome. I’ve never used Monday.com before. I’m going to give it a try. I appreciate you!
I’m trying out motion calendar/task manager app. It’s helpful when I commit to using it properly
Thank you for this recommendation! This looks like exactly what I need!
