I miss the 90s
Hi All,
I have 7 years of experience in total in SAP Integration technology and I have been offered C2 manager position with Capgemini with a package of 30.5 LPA.
Is it good to join? Can I still contribute technically at C2 role? Or would it be pure managerial role? Also please let me know how much variable pay would be paid at this role? I have around 2.8L variable per year as a part of the package.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated Capgemini

Love lifts as it’s zero maintenance - if you already have relatively long/thick eyelashes that just stick straight out like mine I would highly recommend! They also usually tint with the lift so it looks really nice.
I like the extensions, but it is something that you have to keep up every 3 weeks.
The place I went pre-quarantine was so relaxing though. They give you comfy blankets and encourage a “lash nap”. Just fall asleep and relax - wake up to beautiful lashes. I even brought a pregnancy wedge pillow in there and napped when I was pregnant .. now I’m getting nostalgic. 😫

I had extensions and they looked good, but only if I got fills every 10 days. It is very expensive and then when you take them off, you’re lashes are straight and short until the grow back.
I have been using magnetic lashes from Tori Belle and love them. They work so well.

I love me some eyelash extensions. My natural lashes are so short it makes me feel like I don’t even have lashes. I like the hassle free aspect of them, but as D1 said, it’s an expensive thing to maintain hence why I don’t get them anymore. You have to get refills every 3 weeks. Depending on your lash upkeep, you may have to go every 2 weeks. If your bank account can allow for that, then you’d like them!
As far as lash lifts go, I saw the process come up on my Instagram and I’m not sure if that’s worth paying for.
I do a lift and tint every 6-8 weeks. It’s seriously changed my life. Completely worth it
I love my lash extensions. It is expensive to maintain, but I like that my make up routine is shortened considerably in the mornings. I do take a break from them about every 6 months or so, for about 3 months to let my lashes grow naturally.
Try a lash lift first and if you're not satisfied, go for the extensions in a few months. I was going to get extensions and then came across lash lifts on the salon's menu, did a quick Google image search and changed my selection. It's wonderful to not have to maintain them and anything that looks better than my natural ones without effort is worth it to me.
