Yes. When you first start to meditate, it may feel like you’re not making any progress but at the beginning stage, you are becoming more aware of how chatty your mind is. You can try different kinds of meditation too like walking meditation, sound meditation etc.
Try just breathing slowly and bringing your attention to your breath. After you meditate, answer these three questions every day: 1. What are the 3 things today that I’d like to achieve? 2. What are the 3 things today that I can offer to someone? 3. What is the one thing about me that I love the most.
Headspace ftw!
Yes, meditation has been very powerful for me during the most stressful points in my life (personally and professionally) and I can’t recommend Headspace strongly enough! Reading profiles on the founder made me believe in its methodology even more.

I said I would and never followed through. For some reason this week I’m going to really stick with it. Downloaded the Calm app to help. The infrequent meditation I’ve done has been great, I’m just not skilled with developing a routine.
Meditation has helped me change my outlook in the last year , calm down in general , stress out lesss and generally be a happier . I feel like I’ve reconnected with self and people / family around me better and am generally a nicer person to be around...
