I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

I like the Dr Dennis peels, they are good for removing dead skin cells and smooth texture but IMO don’t do anything phenomenal
Nothing you can get otc is going to help. For acne scars especially if they are deep ones you’ll want to do lasers and professional peels. You need to get to the dermis. If it’s hyperpigmentation you’ll still want to do professional peels or lasers
I haven’t tried the Dr Dennis Peels yet but I plan to get them on my next Sephora haul because I hear they’re great!
I have use the Dr. Dennis peels and like them but I have not paid attention to whether they made any impact on scars. I use the main lead to get rid of dead and dry skin
Yes. Like the other comments, I only use it to remove dead skin cells. It can't totally remove deep acne scars.
Yes. However it can only remove the surface dead skin. In my opinion, it cannot remove deeper acne scars.
Not yet. But based on the comments here, I am now convinced to buy it. Thank you!
