Is anyone going to AfroTech this year?
Hey guys - does anyone have recommendations for Indian wavy 5x5 or 6x6 closures? I was going to order off of Amora Renae (https://www.amorarenaecollection.co/product/thin-swiss-lace-5x5-closure/) but they aren’t restocking. I’m still getting bundles from them, but clueless on another solid company that would have matching hair (friend is making me a wig bc of a natural hair crisis I’m having, I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to anything like this)!

Use Cover FX translucent deep!
I have. The color was too deep for me (I think I am like 290 in fenty? Switched to HD so can't recall exactly) and I cant imagine it being flattering to anyone without red undertones. But the lighter colored version has been my setting powder for concealer under my eyes for 2+ years.
Edit: just looked up fenty 430 and it seems like it might be a decent match
Pro
I used the Laura Mercier translucent for my under eye setting (I'm fenty 430 too) I think deep it too dark for under eye but may work for setting foundation (my friend is 430 too and had deep and used it but I don't remember exactly how she used it)
I used to mix the translucent and deep for my under eye and highlighted areas and deep everywhere else. I wouldn’t recommend but it looked nice
I started with Laura in deep and moved to fenty setting powder. It’s a nice powder but she definitely didn’t have brown girls in mind she made it. There’s no dimension to its just brown powder. I wear fenty 420 in the liquid foundation. Nutmeg in fenty powder and honey in powder for under eye.
I love it! I’ve been using it since it launched. I don’t use foundation but use it to set my concealer. As a comparison my Fenty number varies from 390 to 420 depending on the season.
