Realistically if you ever get a PIP, should you just quit immediately? My thinking is that you would want to discuss your employment. However, if you get fired for performance you cannot state that you are eligible for rehire which would be a red flag to your new employer. Wouldn’t quitting just mitigate that if you can swallow no severance?

I have been having trouble waking up feeling rested even after 8 hours of sleep. I take olly sleep gummies to help I still have a hard time sleeping. I also realized today that I haven’t been dreaming lately. I know typically we dream a lot of times throughout the night but we just don’t remember. The outage is really embarrassing, since I am myself facing trouble during ITR Filing.

However, the devil is in the details. The project awarded is worth 4000 Cr (540M) but the govt. has reportedly paid a meagre 150 Cr (20M) so far.

Expecting a vendor to launch a production-level system by paying less than 5% of the project cost...
