What are good/helpful tools or contraptions that help for bad neck and shoulder pain? Has anyone used anything that has really worked? Because I’ve been suffering from neck pain and upper shoulder pain for so long (but I mean I do try to fix and correct my posture) but long hours and flights don’t help

Try yoga. It will make your neck, shoulder, hips, etc. feel better.

I started doing exercises like pull ups and face pulls. I also focused on maintaing good posture throughout the day.

I went to a chiropractor for “tech neck” and the device you posted is exactly where my chiropractor said not to place the apex of the curve bc as PwC1 mentions it brings your neck forward. It should sit closer to your shoulders allowing the weight of your head to pull your neck down. Look up denneroll instead.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who shares in this group. It truly helps me stay sober. I am approaching 12 months sober but have been struggling lately. While I have not relapsed, I’ve been close. Normally, before I get out of bed, I write down my reason to stat sober for the day, but lately the reasons have been lousy at best. But reading about everyone’s struggles and successes has helped get me through this past month. So thank you all for the inspiration to keep going strong!

Hi all - I'm on a £100-110k base + bonus at a tier 2 firm. This is in the region where personal allowance for tax starts eroding away..
Wondering what options I have to make this as tax efficient as possible (legally), considering a salary sacrifice pension and student loan.
Also what are you investment recommendations? Stocks and Share ISA? What are the good alternatives?

I was in a very bad shape last year (major anxiety episodes, OCD flares, panic attacks) and now I'm MUCH better. I feel like one thing that helped through it was for the first time in my life opening myself to experience my spiritual side (not talking religion here).

I suspect it’s because I don’t wash my hair daily every time I workout. I don’t want to wash my hair daily but seems like I will have to do it. Any recommendations?
