Has anyone used a professional service to find a new position? I’ve been applying for job (tinkering with my resume, doing development on my free time, and trying to reach out to recruiters on LI) for a while and haven’t gotten anywhere. I think my resume is solid, but more general experience than specific skills/titles. I can’t figure out why I’m not getting any responses, even for phone screens and wondering if using a service will help, especially with the time and stress.
