Has anyone used AirCover? Someone I know got it but only got a $100 coupon which didn't even come close to covering a last-minute accommodation cost.

I've heard of AirCover but don't know much about it. What all do they claim to cover?

My understanding is that if something goes wrong with your airbnb then they will reimburse you the cost of the stay.

Yeah it's kind of a joke though. A lot of repairs are not covered through them and it functions basically like any other insurance where the premiums far outweigh the savings.

Haven't heard of it yet. Seems like a red flag though based on your post.

Hi all, I’m currently updating my portfolio, which will be password protected. I’d like to include client names and logos to case studies, if possible, which would otherwise be confidential. Does anyone have insight into whether it being on a password-protected site, would still breach a confidentiality agreement?

At my old firms when I would be using excel and modeling using the font schemes (blue, green, black for hardcode, link, and formula) I could use the “control shift ;” to shift through the schemes. My new firm doesn’t do this. Does anyone know why the shortcut would be different and how I can add it back?

I recently had an interview with the hiring manager and they did 95% of the talking. It was the weirdest interview I’ve ever had. I didn’t know whether to interrupt and get a question and some comments in or stay quiet and listen. I couldn’t even gauge how it went. Has this happened to you.?
Also on average how many jobs do people typically interview for before they get an offer?

Additional Posts in Real Estate

I got an offer to work as a commercial real estate agent at Avison Young. My background is in residential sales. I’m wondering how complex working in commercial sales is.
1- Am I responsible for generating leads and networking just like residential?
2- Are there growth opportunities in this field; like is there a corporate ladder in this path to look forward to?
I. would like some advice to consider from those in the industry. Big thanks!!
