What is you’re favorite way to source today?
What does it mean when the recruiter talks more?
Anyone here interested in a full-time remote role as a Sourcing Specialist at On Deck? I'll be looking to add one more person to my team by May 2022.
If you understand sourcing as a concept and you want to really improve your craft, please let me know. I enjoy doing sourcing and I believe I can help you level-up. I'm open to people in North/South America, Europe, Africa.

I loved Greenhouse
Easy to customize yourself
But I heard SmartRecruiters is also good
How did you narrow it down to these 2? Have you tried Breezy? I am looking into various ATS platforms now as well.
Good question! Breezy is a system for pretty small companies. It’s one most companies will outgrow quickly.
Following. We’re using Workable today but we’re growing rapidly and need an enterprise ATS. I’m leaning toward greenhouse over lever.
I strongly suggest Greenhouse over Lever. Lever is very clunky, has pretty limited reporting capabilities and the customer service is almost nonexistent. We’ve barely had to train our hiring teams on Greenhouse because it’s so easy to use. The features significantly increased our applicant count. The reporting is so robust and easy. It’s helped us gain very valuable insights. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with an ATS
We use Ashby and it's been really great! They have way more affordable monthly subscription fee and the platform has a ton of features!
I’m happy to hear it’s working for you. Ashby isn’t built for high growth companies. We need Greenhouse. I just needed to present a cost/benefits analysis.
Check out SmartRecruiters before you commit to Greenhouse. It's great.
I appreciate the suggestion, but SmartRecruiters doesn’t have the level of scalability we need.
