I used them in NYC before when I couldn’t find daycare in time when I had to go back to work after my first. They are well run. My kids go to a smaller daycare now and I love the “family” feeling there but if I needed back up care I would go back to Bright Horizons in a heartbeat! We also visited multiple locations to possible enroll our kids after the back up care period and again, they are well run and have lots of activities to keep your LO busy. They were just out of budget for us for enrolling them full time.

Yes I’ve used the center on occasion and really like it as well. Very well run and you can do a tour of your local one. My friends use the at home care routinely esp during covid and I think it just depends a lot on who you get. It can also be difficult to get the same person over again from week to week.
