Do Microsoft Hr and recruiters donot respond. They told me that they will offer the letter in some days and then no response.
Then after 2 weeks they shared mail with offer letter. In which I had some queries, so I raised the queries in the mail itself. There was no response again.
I tried reaching other hr and one of them never picks call and other ones is always out of network area. Its been a week and no response as of now on mail or call.
Did this happen to anyone else too?

I started with .025 and it took a month for the dry skin and flakiness to go away. It took about 2 months to notice a change in my skin tone and for acne to subside. I moved to .05 after 6 months and it also took a month to settle in. I use Obagi moisturiser cream, per my dermatologist recommendation.
I’ve used varying strengths for 10+ years now and it’s a staple in my skincare routine. I’m currently using .05.
By side effects, do you mean dryness? The derms I’ve been to generally recommend starting with what your skin can comfortably tolerate, which may be every other night or every two nights before gradually increasing to daily use, or it’s fine to keep it every other day - whatever frequency works best for you. When I went from .025 to .05, it took me about two weeks to get to daily use.
The dryness I now experience from time to time is more related to other factors like cold weather, hydration, etc. than it is the cream since I moisturize heavily, too. Overall though, it’s been an effective product for me so it’s worth it.
SA1 It’s hard to say re aging. I started using for acne before college when fine lines weren’t on my radar at all and I’m in my 30s now. I don’t know how my skin would have aged without it but I do think clearing any acne (which wasn’t terrible in the first place) has prevented uneven pigmentation I’d have developed otherwise by now. I’ve seen multiple dermatologists over the years and all have said that if I use just one thing for aging, this is their top recommendation. So it’ll be a part of my routine as long as I have access to it.
Yes! I absolutely experienced the “retinol uglies” - so dry and peeling. My derm recommended I put on a barrier layer of cerave moisturizer first and then the tretinoin .05 and it’s been working wonders! You can also do the tretinoin first then moisturizer over after a few weeks of adjustment. The dryness improved pretty much immediately; Prob took about a month for me to see results (clearer skin) . Good luck!
Love it and didn’t have any reaction.
