DC is easy to do without a car. Zipcar, rentals, Kyte, Free2Move, Uber/Lyft, friend with a car, metro, bus, scooters. So many options to get around DC at a fraction of the cost of a car.

I scored a 710 on the gmat (q48 v41) any advice to improve to a 730-740? I currently have TTP and Magoosh I’ve talked to a few tutors but Based on my conversations it seems like they’ve worked more with helping students improve from 500-600 range and I’m not sure what I need to do differently to improve by 20-30 points

It’s been a hot minute. Thai Basil Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Hoisin Sauce (Keto). My pre-covid work clothes are now loose on me. I’ll have to buy a new work wardrobe wherever that may be. I quit my job and am back in school. Goodbye tax, goodbye busy seasons, goodbye billable hours.. 😁

After traditional investment banking, I can safely say banking is better than consulting in regards to prestige, income, and sophistication of work. While consulting has better hours, nicer culture.

Received a denial on my H1B RFE (not extension); PwC law says they did not receive a reason for the denial; is this possible? I have only 1 more attempt at the H1B - would it help for me to move?

Not work related but idk where to ask this. We’ve been invited to our first post Covid cookout. It’s at my husband’s former colleagues place so we don’t the hosts too well but we know there are not going to be any kids so mostly a grown up football party. What would bring to it? Because of the current scenario I’m skeptical of bringing my home cooked dip.
