Applied to 400 jobs with an automated job robot plugin and went from unemployed to 150k salary in 7 days of using it. I don’t feel bad. The system sucks and uses ats so why can’t we automate? I was watching Netflix while the bot sent out 150 apps a day. I only worried about scheduling my own interviews. There are people proud at sending out 10 apps a day. I used to be that person.
Hi fishes, I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
How do you guys feel about industry accounting roles that seem specific to a particular topic? I have an interview with a very well known tech company for commissions accounting (ASC 340 contract costs). Is this going to pigeonhole me?
Guys, was waiting for Accenture HR call after Final interview since 45 days (portal says - interviewing) . As my notice period is about to end, I sent an email informing them and requested for HR call, so that I can decide or atleast let Accenture go. Have I messed up? Or there is hope? Someone please suggest.. Just for peace of mind
I got my offer with Cognizant around 45days back but my BGV turned to be red due to the feedback from my 1st employment (worked around a year back) as of now HR is saying he is discussing with management and mostly my offer may get dropped off (as per his statement). Now again I got a call for an interview and didn't showed them my previous exp so my question is can I attend this interview or it will again cause any problem? Please help with your answer or experience

Hello guys. Is it wise to join Bosch adugodi as an external contract employee? I heard that there will be discrimination against external employees in Bosch but the interview went well and also the manager was nice. And also if I joined, what are the chances of me becoming an internal employee. Bosch
Anyone ever interviewed for PR/comms roles at VC firms? Advice on the process, what to expect, salaries, etc.?
What do y’all think is an acceptable/average PTO balance. Company I’m interviewing for said 12 days/year and I thought that seemed a bit low
Had an interview today and was asked what my current salary is and what is the range i am looking for. I managed to avoid answering by asking in return what is their budget. The recruiter stated 65k-85k and my idiot self stated that I would like my salary to be in the 70ish🤦♀️ I should have said towards the end range. If contacted for a second round, how should I talk regarding $? Feels like I am leaving money on the table. Will they ask again.. does anyone have experience with this situation?
I keep bombing my interviews and I’m desperate for help. Anyone have any links to good interview guides with videos and scripts for someone who’s going for senior marketing roles? I’ve gotten interviews from nearly every FAANG company and other big tech so I know it’s not my resume that needs work.
Im prepping for an interview and everyday as im prepping I get emails declining me for other companies. Every time I get them I feel like my self esteem goes down and I start to wonder if ill even get this job offer. What does everyone else do to fight this feeling?
This is how I handled My 90 days Notice period and it worked for me. Step1: created a naukari account and resume with fake name. Step2: updated naukari as last working day is in a week (every week I update my LWD) Step3: Attend interviews and gain confidence. At first I got rejected in many interviews but I started to clear one by one after preparing previous interview questions. Step4: when I gained confidence, I resigned and started looking for job with real name. And cleared.
anyone have a SO who went to business school while you stayed in consulting? or vice versa? my bf is applying this fall and I’m irrationally worried about how it will affect us

Houstonian here. Decided it was a great idea to join a project in DEN and MSP. From Nov-March...
First week on the project and I find out the client office's zip code boasts the most murders per capita. Lovely.
When your client is ripping your deck to shreds for a THREE WEEK PROJECT. Like of course we didn't have enough time to analyze all your processes you cheap bastards
I don't understand the level of bitching on this app. Do you guys really work that much? I haven't done shit all weekend for the second year. Am I just lucky? I feel people just create work...
Life is hard when all the work you do is basically just following orders #analystprobs does it ever get better? #ownyourcareer
