Has anyone who works remotely been laid off recently from their company due to a restructure? How was the process? Did your manager and HR conduct via TEAMS or Zoom?

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. When you say your salary jumped __x, how is that exactly calculated?

Mine was $16k (minimum wage before joining corporate) > $40k (contractor total before getting laid off) > $150k (current FT)?

Is that a 260% jump or 2.6x from $16k to $40k?
And a 375% jump or 3.75x from $40k to $150k?

Or do I calculate it by hourly rate?

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.
