Has anyone worked at both Havas Health and FCB Health? Did you feel one was more pleasant to work at? Any pros and cons? Want to compare the two

In general, I preferred FCB to Havas (Metro). The benefits are better and there was more of a company culture (sports teams, wellness room, coffee bar, Fooda). There's a bit more collaboration with within the FCB network whereas the Havas agencies seem very separate, even if they are on the same floor. I much prefer the ProofHQ routing to review PDFs, but never really used Pulse. FCB has been winning a lot of business and have a wide variety of clients. I would go for it. That being said, your experience will always depend on your brand/client, team, and supervisor. Not sure what your department or level is. If you're up for a promotion or significant raise, I wouldn't hesitate. Good luck!

It’s super chilled, trust me. Healthy hours plus the fact that they’re very flexible in case you need to work from home.

FCB has better processes, better perks, and frankly just overall better morale and turns out consistently good work. Havas fwiw has a fair amount of inter-agency networkability if you want it enough to go after it, there's a lot of good talent on staff, and there's a lot of tolerance for the occasional work at home day once people know you. So I wouldn't count any of those specific items as strikes against. Workload can be heavy either way. Both open plans are horribly distracting, although a lot depends where you end up sitting, and Havas's ambient light quality is inferior to FCB's. If you're looking at a good position on a good team with a good account you're good either way.

I feel that FCB is a lot more organized and not as hectic as Havas Tonic. Havas Tonic is somewhat small in my opinion, which can make the work load a bit more hectic. But Havas Tonic being small has its perks. You know just about everyone in the office, which might be your thing or might not be. I do feel as though FCB has better benefits and more flexibility.

Would jumping to in-house for a ~40% raise, worth it? It’s a software company that seems a bit dated and boring tbh so I’m worried I’d burn myself out but the pay is attractive. Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1 V) and increased NP from 45D to 90D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They saying I already got good hike, our budget is only 24LPA, NP is high and we are considering only fixed part. Is it worth accepting offer because of 90days NP?
I'm thinking to stayback due to yearly hike by demanding NP back to 45D

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…
