I graduated last year and was promised a full time salary of 60k (marketing). However, my start date was exactly when Covid hit hard and everyone froze their hiring process and took salary cuts, so my company cut my TC in half. I was loyal to my company and it didn’t hit hard until now. They’re starting to hire many more people in a diff department which makes me think they have the budget now. It's being more than a month I had HR discussion with Capgemini's HR , that time he said he gonna release offer Letter within 10 days..but till now i haven't received offer.
Everytime when I contacted HR or the middle person, they always use to say same thing that they gonna release offer letter this week..or this Friday..or before the weekend..but i haven't received offer letter till now.
I want to know.. is this common in Capgemini?
Or they also considering other for same post?

Father brought in via ambulance at 215pm.....and when my mother called a few hours later for an update on his status they had no idea where he was. She played “transfer me to Dept X bingo” (ED, med/surg, OR, PACU), til she found a nurse who knew where he was. How does this happen?
